WEST COUNTY LINE ROAD FIRE Merion Fire Company was dispatched early Tuesday morning for a working fire on the first and second floors of a twin house. Companies arrived on scene with heavy fire from the rear entrance. Crews made a quick knock down and were forced to open up walls and ceilings to contain any hidden fires. Responding Companies: Station 25 (Ardmore), Station 21 (Penn Wynne), Station 23 (Bryn Mawr - One Engine), Station 24 (Gladwyne- FAST TEAM and Air Truck), Station 313 (Narberth Ambulance - Rehab).

ASSIST TO BRYN MAWR Today Merion Fire Co. was dispatched to assist Bryn Mawr and Radnor with a basement fire at 850 County Line Road. The homeowner was removed by Radnor Police and Ardmore was called in to assist because of the extreme cold weather. The fire was knocked down quickly and the house was vented.

BRUSH FIRE Today there was a small brush fire at the Main Line Life building. The small fire was extinguished with a water can.
